【摘要】 目的 :探讨下恒切牙先天缺失情况及其与牙颌畸形的关系以及下尖牙近远中径的变化。方法 :从 96 2名门诊正畸病人中选取下颌恒切牙缺失的病例 2 7名 ,并测量下前牙牙冠的近远中径。结果 :下颌恒切牙先天缺失96 %是中切牙 ,92 %伴有前牙深覆牙合 ,下尖牙无显著性增大。结论 :下颌中切牙先天缺失与前牙深覆牙合的形成有密切关系 ,下尖牙无代偿性增大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The purpose of this paper is to investigate the ralationship among the congenital hypodontia of mandibular incisor and malocclusion and the variation of medial-distal dimension of mandibular canine.Methods:A total of 962 patients with malocclusion were selected from owtpatients, among this patients,27 cases with the congenitel hypodontia of mandibular incisor.The medial-distal dimension of the dental crown of the mandibular anterior teeth was measured.Results:Among this patients, 96% patients with the congenital hypodontia of mandibular incisor have the characteristics of the congenital hypodonita of central incisor, 92% patients have anterior teeh deep overbite and the mandibular canine is not great enough.Conclusions:The closed ralationship between the congenital hypodontia of the mandibular central incisor and the deep overbite of anterior teeth was found, the mandibular canine is not enlarged compensatly.更多还原
