【摘要】 目的 观察使用氟保护漆对正畸临床固定矫治器治疗中预防牙面釉质脱矿的效果。方法 200例固定正畸患者随机分两组。对照组常规处理,实验组采用氟保护漆处理。每3个月涂布1次,10个月后观察牙面脱矿情况。结果 实验组釉质脱矿发生率为3%,对照组釉质脱矿率为15%,两组相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 在固定正畸治疗中,氟保护漆有显著的防脱矿作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of fluoridated protector on orthodontics. Methods. Among 200 cases with labioversion, 100 case were coated with fluoridated protector on the surface of enamel, wheareas the control group were not. Results The result indicated that the rate of enamel demineralization of fluoridated protector treatment group reached 3% ,while that of the control group reached 15% .There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P< 0.05) .Conclusion The coating fluoridated protector was an effective approach that prevented enamel from forming white spots and canines in orthodontics.更多还原
