体外研究人工唾液酸度对牙齿表面电位的影响
Effects of the pH of Artificial Saliva on Potential of the Dental Surface-An In-vitro Study
【摘要】 目的 研究人工唾液酸度对牙齿表面电位的影响。方法 用完整无龋的新鲜离体牙,以牙根部中点为参考点,在人工唾液不同pH时,用高内阻电位表测定牙冠部相对牙根中点的电位。结果 牙冠部相对牙根中点的电位为负电位,随着人工唾液pH值的减小,牙冠部相对牙根中点的电位逐渐负向增大,经方差分析,差异显著。结论 牙冠部相对牙根中点的电位随着冠部人工唾液pH值的减小而负向增大。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of the pH of artificial saliva on potential of the dental surface. Methods This research measured the potential of the dental crown opposite the dental root middle point as the reference point with electrochemical method. The intact, caries-free and freshly extracted human teeth were used. Results The potential of the dental crown opposite the dental root middle point was negative. The potential gradually reduced as the pH value of artificial saliva decreased. The difference was statistically remarkable with oneway ANOVA. Conclusion The potential of the dental crown opposite the dental root middle point gradually reduced as the pH value of artificial saliva decreased.
