【摘要】 目的　评价铸造嵌体冠修复短冠牙的临床效果。方法　铸造嵌体冠修复 90颗经完善根管治疗的短冠牙并追踪观察1～ 7年。结果　 87例修复体固位良好、边缘密合 ,未发现继发龋及牙周组织病变 ,咀嚼功能良好 ,修复成功率达 96 7%。结论铸造嵌体冠有效提高了短冠牙修复时的固位 ,增强了抗力 ,操作简便 ,安全性高更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To estimate the clinical effect of foundry inlay crown in the restoration of short coronal teeth.Methods Foundry Inlay crowns were used to restore 90 short coronal teeth. The cases were followed up for 1 to 7 years.Results The success rate of the restoration was 96 7% in total. The effects of other 87 foundry inlay crowns were satisfactory, the marginal sealing and the retention of the inlay crowns were acceptable, the secondary caries and perirhizoclasia had not been found.Conclusion Not only retention but also resistance of a short coronal tooth can be improved by means of foundry inlay crowns.更多还原
