【摘要】 目的　了解城乡老年人的口腔健康信念、行为及对口腔健康知识的知晓情况。方法　对阜阳城乡 6 5～ 74岁组被抽样调查人群进行口腔健康问卷调查。结果　不同教育程度、经济收入、城乡人群的知信行有显著差别 ;是否刷牙、刷牙方法与受教育程度有显著性差异 ,经济收入与就医次数密切相关 ,城市与农村接受口腔健康信息有显著性差异。结论　老年人群普遍缺乏口腔健康知识 ,有不正确的口腔健康信念及行为。应加强口腔健康教育更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the status of old people’s knowledge,concepts and behaviors about oral health.Methods A survey about the oral health status was made among 290 sampled old people aged from 65 to 74 from both urban and rural areas of Fuyang,Anhui Province.Results Due to their educational backgrounds,incomes and residential areas(urban or rural),distinctive differences of knowledge,concepts and behaviors about oral health exist among old people.There is a remarkable difference between people with different educational backgrounds about whether and how they brush their teeth,and between urban old people and their rural counterparts of their chances to get access to knowledge about oral health.There is also a close relationship between people’s incomes and the frequency they visit the dentist’s.Conclusion There is a general lack of knowledge,correct concepts and behaviors about oral health among old people.Public oral health education and promotion should be conducted.更多还原
