【摘要】 目的　观察中药Ⅰ号口服液治疗口腔白斑的效果。方法　将 6 0例口腔白斑患者随机分成两组 ,治疗组口服中药Ⅰ号口服液 ,对照组按常规治疗。结果　治疗组总有效率为 10 0 % ,治愈率为 70 % ;对照组有效率为 4 0 % ,无治愈。两组对比有显著差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论　中药Ⅰ号口服液能治愈口腔白斑更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effects on oral leukopia with TCM No.1 Drinking.Methods 60 patients were divided into 2 groups randomly. The treating group was treated with TCM NO.Ⅰ Drinking, while the control group was dealt with the routine treatment. After 3～6 months, the two groups were compared in clinical symptoms, pathologic changes, the HLA DR expression and immunoglobulin (IG) in the oral mucosa.Results All the mucous epithelium of oral specimen were positive in varied levels, and the quantity and expression degree were related to the effect of TCM NO.Ⅰ Drinking. In different periods there was an evident difference ( P <0 01); in the aspects of clinical symptoms and pathologic changes, the efficacy of treating group was up to 100% and the curative rate was 65%, while the efficacy of the control group was 40%, and no one was cured, which showed a significant difference ( P <0 01).Conclusion TCM NO.Ⅰ Drinking could adjust immunologic function, inhibit autoimmune reaction and achieve good clinical effects.更多还原
