【摘要】 目的　通过检测浸润癌及癌周原位癌中心区和边沿细胞增殖活性 ,分析舌鳞状细胞癌上皮内蔓延机制。方法　收治 16 9例舌鳞癌病例 ,伴有原位癌者共 16例。采用HE染色和免疫组化检测PCNA、Ki67蛋白及银染一步法检测NORs在舌鳞状细胞癌及癌周原位癌中心区和边沿中的表达。结果　正常上皮和原位癌之间 (P≤ 0 .0 1) ,原位癌和浸润癌之间 (P≤ 0 .0 1) ,浸润癌中心区和边沿之间 (P≤ 0 .0 1)细胞增殖活性有显著差异 ,而原位癌边沿和中心区之间无显著性差异 (P≥ 0 .0 5 )。结论　浸润癌边沿细胞具有较强的增殖活性 ,而原位癌中心区和边沿细胞增殖无明显差别。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the mechanisms of intraepithelial spreading of squamous cell carcinoma(SCC) of the tongue. Methods 169 patients with primary SCC of the tongue who underwent resection at our department from 1997 to 2001 from which we selected 16 cases having invasive squamous cell carcinoma concomitant with contiguous intraepithelial carcinoma measuring more than 1.0cm in length. The proliferative activity was evaluated in the center and outer edge of intraepithelial carcinoma and in the center and deep margin of invasive SCC of the tongue. Results The proliferative activity was thus found to differ between the normal epithelial and cancerous lesions ( P ≤0.01) between intraepithelial carcinoma and invasive cancer ( P ≤0.01) and between deep margin and center area of the invasive cancer ( P ≤0.01). but it is similar in the center and outer edge of the cancer in situ ( P ≥0.05). Conclusion These findings suggest that cell proliferation is the main mechanism of tumor progression at the invasive site of cancer. Whereas in intraepithelial cancer there is no difference of cell prolifaration between center and margine.更多还原
