【摘要】 目的　探讨舌鳞癌颈转移的发生规律以及对cN0 (临床不怀疑转移 )患者的治疗原则。方法　通过对4 39例舌癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果　舌鳞癌的总体转移率为 4 2 14 % ,cN0 患者的颈淋巴结隐匿性转移率为 2 6 6 6 % ,舌鳞癌的隐匿性转移与肿瘤T分期等密切相关。结论　临床上应根据原发灶的大小等综合考虑分析 ,选择合理的治疗方案更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the regularity of cervical lymph node metastasis in the tongue squamous cell carcinomas patients and the treatment principle to the cN 0 patients. Methods By retrospective analysis of 439 squamous cell carcinoma of oral cavity cases underwent neck dissection between 1980～2001. Results The total rate of cervical lymph node metastasis of tongue squamous cell carcinoma is 43.96%; the rate of occult metastasis is 26.66%, the incidence of occult metastasis was closely related to the staging of T. Conclusion This study revealed that the therapy regime of the tongue squamous cell carcinoma should be based on the careful clinical examination of primary lesion according to the size and the compositive analysis of cervical lymph node.更多还原
