用双流体模型模拟湍流两相流场
Simulation of two-phase turbulent flow using a two-fluid model
【摘要】 首先针对颗粒浓度在两相流动中的重要性,建立了颗粒体积浓度方程,阐述了颗粒浓度在求解过程中的特点及颗粒体积浓度方程在计算方法中的贯穿。其次计算了沙层上的稀相可压气固两相流、直管内的不可压液固两相流及叶片扩压器中的密相可压气固两相流的流动,发现了颗粒浓度两种截然不同的分布,并验证了用不可压或稀相的模型来计算可压或密相的模型会带来误差,说明了在计算可压密相两相流动时,可压及密相的因素必须考虑到。
【Abstract】 Particle volumetric fraction equation is presented due to the importa nce of particle volumetric fraction in twophase flow, character of particle vo l umetric fraction and the penetration of particle volumetric fraction equation in the calculation are expounded. The dilute compressible gasparticle flow over t he sand bed, the dilute and dense liquidsolid upflow in the pipe and the dense compressible gasparticle flow in blade pressure expander are simulated, the d i f ferent distributions of volumetric fraction are found and analyzed, the error is proved by using the model of incompressible flow or dilute flow to simulate the compressible flow or dense flow. It is found that the factor of compressibility and dense must be taken into account in the computation of dense compressible t wophase flow.
