【Abstract】 Solid-Phase microextraction(SPME) is a newly-developed technique of sample analysis pretreatment in recent years. Compared with traditional pretreatment technique,it has many advantages of being easy to operate automatically and efficiently and resolvent-free,widely used in many fields of detecting the medicine toxicity and of the environmental sample analysis. With over thirty references cited in the paper,this review briefly introduces the latest development of solid-phase microextraction(SPME) technique and its application in medicine.更多还原
