【摘要】 帕金森病是以涉及基底神经核直接与间接通路功能紊乱为特征的锥体外系疾病 ,后期部分患者伴有黑质外非多巴胺 (dopamine ,DA)能神经元的损伤 ,常伴有痴呆表现 ,严重影响老年人的健康 .由此 ,有关帕金森病病因学与发病机制的研究也成为当前神经科学界关注的热点 ,笔者就这方面的研究进展作一概述更多还原

【Abstract】 The direct and indirect pathway’s function disturbances of Basal Ganglia that are characteristic of Parkinson’s disease (PD). The later stages of PD, associated with the loss of nondopaminergic neurons of extrasubstantia nigra always have dementia in some of PD patients, which impact the health of senior so seriously that research of etiology and mechanisms about PD has become a focus of neuroscientific field in current days.
