【Abstract】 This paper deals with the relation of Medical Literature Retrieval (MLR) and Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM) from the following two respects: MLR analysis is an important step towards the practice of EBM; Medical information retrieval is an important channel leading to the evidences of EBM. The paper also presents the knowledge that MLR service and its teaching should take an active part in the practice of EBM; the contents and levels in the service as well as the objects and contents in the teaching should be expanded so as to adjust themselves to the development of modern clinical medicine.更多还原
