【摘要】 目的 :探讨伽玛刀治疗松果体区肿瘤的可行性 .方法 :使用伽玛刀立体定向放射神经外科治疗松果体区肿瘤 17例 ,周边剂量为 9～ 18Gy ,中心剂量为 18～ 46 7Gy .随访时间为 2～ 3 4个月 .结果 :17例中13例获得临床随访 ,大多数病例出现明显的症状改善和影像学检查显示病灶缩小或消失等变化 .结论 :伽玛刀立体定向放射神经外科治疗松果体区肿瘤是一种安全和有效的方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the reliability of Gamma Knife for the tumor’s treatment in the pineal region. Methods: 17 cases were treated by the stereotactic radioneurosurgery of Gamma Knife in the pineal region. The dosage of radioneurosurgery around the tumor is 9～18?GY , as well as 18～46.7?GY in tumor center. The time of following up observation ranged from 2～34?months after the treatment. Results: Out of the 17 cases , only 13 ones stood the chance of the observation . As a result , the states of most patients have been improved as well as the tumors appeared to be smaller or disappeared proved by the examination of CT or MRI scanners. Conclusion: The study showed that the application of the stereotactic radioneurosurgery of Gamma Knife for tumors is an effective and safe.更多还原
