【摘要】 随烟叶成熟进程推进 ,可溶性总糖、还原糖、淀粉及比叶重增加 ,过熟时稍有回落 ,峰值下、中、上各部位分别在封顶后第 3,4 ,5周 ,正置其适熟期 ,且各时期的值是上部叶 >中部叶 >下部叶 ;chla ,chlb ,类胡萝卜素 (CTk)下降 ,但降幅是chla >chlb >CTk ,致使chla/chlb ,chl/CTk比值减小 .以上生理生化变化与白肋烟的生长发育吻合 ,证实在当地生态环境和栽培措施下 ,TN90上、中、下各叶位成熟期分别为封顶后 3,4 ,5周 ,兼顾三部位 ,封顶后第四周砍株晾制 ,可获最佳品质 .这为诊断白肋烟成熟及适时砍收提供了技术参数和理论依据更多还原

【Abstract】 With the leaves getting mature, contain of the dissolubility total sugar, restored sugar, starch and the weight of the leaf at 1 cm 2 increased. But past mature reduced slightly. The peak value of the low, middle and upper location leaves were expressed the third, fourth and fifth week after top cut respectively, and upper leaf >middle leaf >low leaf during suitable mature. Chla, chlb and CTk descent, and chla>chlb > CTk, the value of chla/chlb and chl/CTk reduced. The development in physilogy and biochemistry coincided with growth of burley tobacco. It was indicated that the appropriate mature period of low, middle and upper leaves were the third, fourth and fifth week after top cut respectively. Synthetically thought of the three location leaf, the rational period of cutting tobacco plant was the fourth week after top cut.更多还原
