高纯超细氧化铝粉制备方法最新研究进展
Recent Development of the Methods to Make the High Purity Fine Alumina
【摘要】 高纯超细氧化铝粉体是纯度在99.99%以上的超微细粉体材料,具有广泛的用途. 文章介绍了多种高纯超细氧化铝的制备方法,从成本、纯度控制、工艺过程复杂程度和污染环境等方面对各种方法的优缺点进行了分析. 其中,重点分析了高纯铝直接水解法制备高纯超细氧化铝粉体的方法,指出该方法克服了成本高、工艺复杂和污染环境的缺点,通过查新,该方法为国内外首创. 笔者认为该方法为现阶段高纯超细氧化铝粉体制备方法中最有价值和发展潜力的方法.
【Abstract】 The high purity alumina (≥99.99%) has been used in many fields. Many methods of making the highpurity fine alumina are presented according to the cost, purity control complexity extent of the process andpollution. Above all, the method to hydrate the high purity aluminum directly into fine alumina power with highpurity is described in detail. It is pointed that the method has many profits including low cost, simple process andless pollution, which proves to be the most advanced one different from any other methods in the world throughdata retrieval. It is believed to be the most valuable and potential method to make the high purity alumina.
