【Abstract】 This paper introduces the concept of power outage cost and the influencing factors. Two different methods of evaluating customer outage costs in distribution system are described. One is presented by constructing customer damage function, and the other is formed by the development of factors designated as the approximate interrupted energy assessment rate (IEAR). The experiment shows that these methods are feasible, and some related conclusions can be reached through compatative study.更多还原
