Al-Zn合金热浸镀层的电化学腐蚀行为研究
Studies on Electrochemical Corrosion Behavior of the Al-Zn Alloy Hot-Dip Coating
【摘要】 在制备不同配比的热镀Al Zn合金镀层基础上,于不同介质中测定了有关电化学参数。可知铝含量为5%和55%的两种样品具有良好的耐腐蚀性能,而铝含量为25%的样品防腐蚀性能最差。对所得电化学参数的分析证实了上述差别,说明了耐腐蚀性能与铝含量不成线性关系。
【Abstract】 The electrochemical parameters of hotdip AlZn alloy coating of different alloying components have been measured in three media. Two samples contained 5% and 55% aluminum respectively have a good corrosion resistance. The results show that the relation between corrosion resistance and content of aluminum is not linear.
