南药巴戟天水提液对小鼠免疫功能的影响
Effect of Morinda officinalis How Decoction on Immune Function in Mice
【摘要】 目的 探讨巴戟天水提液(MOH)对小鼠免疫功能的影响.方法 采用环磷酰胺(CTX)免疫抑制模型法、单核吞噬细胞及巨噬细胞吞噬功能测定法.结果 在小鼠免疫抑制模型上,灌胃MOH对抗CTX引起的免疫抑制,使外周血中白细胞明显上升;给小鼠灌胃MOH10天,能促进单核吞噬细胞系统对刚果红的廓清率(P<0.05);小鼠灌胃MOH10天,能增强腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的能力(P<0.01).结论 MOH对小鼠免疫功能有一定的促进作用,具有增强细胞免疫之功效.
【Abstract】 The effect of Morinda officinalis How decoction(MOH)was investigated by immune suppressed mice caused by cyclophosphamide (CTX). MOH was administered orally to the model animals(45g/(kg·d)for 10 days .The results showed: (1)MOH raised the blood WBC in model mice; (2)MOH promoted the clearance rate of cogon red by mononuclear phagocytes;(3)The phagocytosis of macrophage could be induced by MOH.
