除草剂乙草胺对泥鳅血红细胞微核及核异常的诱导
Induction of Micronuclei and Nuclear Anomalies in Erythrocytes of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus by Herbicide Acetochlor
【摘要】 研究了除草剂乙草胺(ACETOCHLOR)在不同体积分数和染毒时间对泥鳅红细胞微核形成和核异常的影响,结果表明部分试验组的乙草胺诱发泥鳅红细胞微核及核异常红细胞率显著提高,其中最高达13.7×10-3(体积分数为0.25×10-6)组和对照组1.19×10-3比较差异极显著(P<0.01).96h达到最大诱变效应.从实验得知,利用泥鳅红细胞的微核和核异常测定法可作为监测水环境中致变化合物的一种较为实用的方法.
【Abstract】 The effects of micronucleus (MN) and unclear anomalies (ONA) in erythrocytes of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus induced by herbicide acetochlor at different times and were studied. The results indicated that herbicide acetochlor at some concentrations can induce significant increases in frequencies of MN and ONA in erythrocyte of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus,and the maximum frequency is 13.7×10-3(0.25×10-6).There was distinct difference in comparison with the control group(1.19×10-3)(P<0.01).It reached the greatest mutagenic activity at 96h.It was shown that the test of MN & ONA in erythrocytes of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus is a rather useful index for detecting mutagenic compound in the aquatic environment.
