苹果青霉病发病规律及化学防治试验
Pathogenic Mechanism of Apple Penicilliosis and Preventive Tests
【摘要】 对苹果青霉病病原菌侵染规律及不同药剂处理的研究结果表明,病原菌通过伤口侵入。苹果接种孢子后,在4℃、35℃温度下不发病,而在15℃和25℃温度下2~3天就发病;发病后,病斑在4℃、35℃下扩展速度较慢,在15℃、25℃下扩展速度较快。4个苹果品种间抗性差异不明显。药剂处理结果表明,防腐1号、甲基托布津及代森锰锌对病害有明显的控制效果。
【Abstract】 The results of the research on the infecting regulation of pathogenic bacteria of apple penicilliosis and different agentia treatment show that the pathogenic bacteria intrudes into the apple through the wounds. After inoculating the spores, the disease doesn’t develop in the apple at the temperatures of 4℃ and 35℃ , while the disease does develop in the apple at the temperatures of 15℃ and 25℃ in two or three days. And after the disease has developed, the disease spots are extended at slower speed at the temperatures of 4℃ and 35℃ , and at more rapid speed at the temperatures of 15℃ and 25℃ . The resistant differences among four apple varieties are not obvious. The agentia treating results show that the Preservation No.1, Thiophanate methyl and Carmazine possesses obvious control effect on the disease.
