恒温发酵与变温发酵柠檬酸过程及其比较
Comparison of Citric Acid Production by Fermentation with Cellulose Hydrolyte between Constant Temperature and Oscillatory Temperature
【摘要】 以纤维素水解液为原料,利用黑曲霉发酵柠檬酸。研究了恒温发酵和变温发酵过程,并对二者发酵柠檬酸的产量进行了比较。结果表明:恒温发酵在8h~104h为主要产酸期,在10h时,产酸量最大;变温发酵可刺激菌体生长,产酸量随时间的增加而增加,与恒温发酵相比,变温发酵初期的产酸量较高,之后,产酸量降低,但变温发酵最终菌体的量要高于恒温发酵。
【Abstract】 The citric acid is fermented by taking cellulose hydrolyte as a material and by utilizing the aspergillus niger. This paper studies on the constant temperature fermentation, oscillatory temperature fermentation and the comparisons between the yields of fermented citric acid of the two. The results show that for constant temperature fermentation, the major acid producing period is between 8h and 104h, and the biggest acid yield is gotten at 10h; and the oscillatory temperature fermentation can stimulate cell growth, and the acid yield is increasing along with the increase of the time. And comparing with the constant temperature fermentation, the acid yield is higher at the initial stage of the oscillatory temperature fermentation, and the yield will be reduced then, however the amount of the final mycelium will be more than that of constant temperature fermentation.
