浅谈学习型图书馆与图书馆员的继续教育
Talking about Learning-type Library and Librarians’ Continuous Education
【摘要】 从学习型组织理论出发,探讨了为建立学习型图书馆所进行的馆员继续教育的内容、措施和途径。
【Abstract】 Starting from the theory of learning-type organization, this paper discusses on the contents, measures and ways of librarians’ continuous education carried out for the purpose of establishing a learning-type library.
