论NIQ与我国国家信息化战略
On NIQ and National Informatization Strategy of China
【摘要】 引用国家信息化指标(NIQ)分析了我国国家信息化发展水平和面临的问题,并探讨了国家信息化建设中应该注意的问题。
【Abstract】 This paper analyses on the developing level of China’ s national informatization by NIQ and existing problems, and put forward some problems needing attention in the construction of national informatization.
