【摘要】 汾河水库是引黄水入并的调蓄水库。文章对汾河水库的运用状况、来水频率、库容变化进行了分析,并对引黄水入并后如何充分发挥汾河水库的调蓄功能,在保证水库防洪安全的前提下,做好拦洪、蓄洪和对黄河水的合理调蓄,继续发挥汾河水库的功能和作用的问题,进行了论述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fenhe Reservoir is a water adjusting and storing reservoir after the water of Yellow River is diverted into Taiyuan. This paper analyses on the operating situation, water coming frequency and reservoir capacity, and makes discussion on the problems of how to give full play to Fenhe Reservoir’s water adjusting and storing function and, based on the premise of insuring flood control and safety of the reservoir, do well flood detention and flood storage of the reservoir and rationally adjusting and storing of the water of Yellow River, and continuously give scope to Fenhe Reservoir’s functions after the water of Yellow River is diverted into Taiyuan.更多还原
