【摘要】 根据交易成本理论,民营企业的区域聚集是一种制度创新,其经济性质是:民营企业区域聚集是一种介于市场与科层制组织之间的"中间性制度安排",在一定程度上是对市场和科层制组织的替代。因而这种"中间性制度安排"能够在不增加科层制组织管理成本的同时,降低交易成本。最后提出推动民营企业区域聚集发展的策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to an analysis of transaction cost theory,regional agglomer ation of private enterprise is a systematic innovation. The nature of regional agglomeration of private enterprise is: it is a "middle systematic arrangement" between market and firm, to some extent, regional agglomeration of enterprise can replace market and firm. So this "middle systematic arrangement" can reduce transaction cost, but not increase management cost.
