【Abstract】 The sustainable development is concerning about not only the problem of resource arrangement,but also the generation impartiality problem of resource arrangement.for this reason,the sustainable development is economic problem,fourth more is cultural problem.In order to realize the sustainable development,the dependence on price mechanism and on property rights system is not enough,still more,we should make full use of cultural mechanism which are relative with morals concept.更多还原
