钛种植体复合硫酸软骨素A对骨愈合的影响
Effect of chondroitin sulfate-A attached titanium implants on bone healing process
【摘要】 目的:研究钛种植体表面复合硫酸软骨素A(chondroitin sulfate-A, CS-A)后能否促进骨的愈合。方法:将钛种植体表面经钙处理及CS-A吸附处理后植入狗的股骨,分别在第15、30、60、120天对种植体周围骨愈合区域作X线、HE染色、四环素荧光标记显微法、扫描电镜观察及转移生长因子b1 (transforming growth factor-b1,TGF-b1) 免疫组化染色等方法检查分析。结果:与对照组相比,吸附了CS-A的钛种植体周围早期即有新骨形成,TGF-b1的早期表达活跃。结论:钛种植体复合CS-A后能促进成骨细胞的分化,加速种植体周骨质的矿化。
【Abstract】 Objective: To elucidate the in vivo effect of chondroitin sulfate-A(CS-A) attached titanium implants onbone healing process. Methods: Titanium implants attached by CS-A were implanted into bilateral thighbones of 4 dogsfor periods from 15 to 120 days. The bone healing was examined by X-ray, SEM, tetracycline fluorochrome labeling, HEstaining and Transforming Growth Factorb1 immunohistochemistry. Result: The new bone formation was earlier aroundTitanium implants attached CS-A than that in the control groups. The intensity of TGFb1 expression in 7 experimentgroup was higher than in the controls at the 15th day. Conclusion: CS-A attached to Titanium implants can improve theosteoblast proliferation and accelerate the bone mineralization around implants.
