离子交换法处理对陶瓷挠曲强度和硬度的影响

【摘要】 目的:比较评价经离子交换法处理陶瓷材料前后,其挠曲强度和硬度的改变情况。方法:以VitaVMK68体瓷粉制作40个试件,随机分成数目相等的两组,对其中一组进行离子交换法处理,另一组则设为对照组。分别以应力分析仪和显微硬度仪测试两组试件的挠曲强度和硬度值。结果:①离子交换组的挠曲强度值为31.52Mpa,对照组为20.31Mpa。前者明显高于后者并且有显著性差异(P<0.01)。②离子交换组的维氏硬度为9.93Gpa,对照组为6.81Gpa。前者亦明显高于后者并也具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:对陶瓷材料的离子交换法处理可以明显地增强提高其机械性能。

【Abstract】 Objective: This study was to investigate the effect of ion exchange on the flexural strength and hardness of dental porcelain. Methods: A total of 40 specimens of Vita VMK 68 Porcelain were randomly divided into two groups, which consisted of treated by ion exchange and control one .The flexural strength and hardness of the specimens were tested with an instron testing machine and a microhardness tester. Results: The average flexural strength value obtained from the ion exchange and control groups were 31.52 Mpa and 20.31 Mpa.The average Vickers hardness value measured from the ion exchange and control groups were 9.93 Gpa and 6.81 Gpa .The ion exchange treatment significantly increased (P<0.01 and P<0.05) the flexaral strength and hardness of the testing material. Conclusions: The ion-exchange strengthening method used in this investigation resulted in a significant improvement in the mechanical properties of feldspathic dental porcelain.
