盐酸维拉帕米微丸的制备

【摘要】 目的 :制备盐酸维拉帕米微丸。方法 :采用流化床法制备盐酸维拉帕米微丸 ,进行正交设计优化选择微丸制备条件 ,并对微丸体外溶出进行测定。结果 :微丸制备最优条件为使用 5 %PVP作为粘合剂 ,流化床温度为2 8℃ ,药物溶出稳定 ,2 0min内溶出完全。结论 :用流化床法制备盐酸维拉帕米微丸稳定性好

【Abstract】 Objective: To prepare verapamil hydrochloride pellets. Methods: The verapamil hydrochloride pellets were prepared in fluid-bed coater. An optimum condition was established by orthogonal test for preparing verapamil hydrochloride pellets, and the release of pellets was studied in vitro.Results: The optimum condition was that 5%PVP was used as adhesives, and the temperature in fluid-bed coater was 28℃. The release stability of pellets was good, drugs can be released completely within 30 minutes. Conclusion: The prepare stability of verapamil hydrochloride pellets in fluid-bed coater was good.
