【摘要】 目的:研究胃乐胶囊治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:随机将符合诊断标准患者分为治疗组216例和对照组90例,治疗组口服胃乐胶囊每次5粒,ld3次,对照组口服三九胃泰冲剂,每次10g,ld3次,比较2组临床症状改善情况,胃镜检查、活组织检查及幽门螺杆菌(HP)转阴情况。结果:胃乐胶囊组治愈率50.5％,显效率31.5％总有效率94.4％,幽门螺杆菌阴转率47.6％;对照组分别为30％、32.2％、85.6％、lO.3％,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<O.01)。结论:胃乐胶囊治疗慢性浅表性胃炎有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the clinic effect of WeiLeJiaoNang on Chronic superficial gastritis. Methods: The objects were randomly divided into two groups, 216 cases in the treatment group, 90 cases in the control group. WeiLeJiaoNang was given to the patients group, the dosage was 5 capsules t. i. d, SanJiuWeiTaiChongJi 10mg t. i. d. to the control one. After 6 weeks, the clinic symptoms were improved, the outcomes were compared with gastroscopy, biopsy and helicobacter pylori. Results: The healing rate, effective rate, total effective rate and helicobacter pylori negetive rate was 50.5%, 31.5%, 94. 4% and 47. 6% respectively, the difference between two groups was significant ( P < 0. 01). Conclusion: WeiLeJiaoNang is effective in treating chronic superficial gastritis.更多还原
