【摘要】 目的 :HPLC法测定骨刺宁酊中胡椒碱的含量。方法 :高效液相色谱法 ,采用ODS柱 ,以甲醇 -水 (70∶30 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 343nm。结果 :胡椒碱在 0 .3μg～ 1.6 μg线性关系良好 (r =0 .9996 ) ,平均加样回收率为98.8% ,RSD =2 .98%。结论 :该方法精密度高 ,分离度、重复性良好 ,结果准确可靠 ,可用于骨刺宁酊的质量控制更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To determine the content of the pepper alkali in the peaceful tincture of spur with HPLC law. Methods: With high-efficient liquid phase chromatogram , ODS column was adopted with the methyl alcohol - water( 70∶30)as flowing phases, measuring wavelength as 343nm. Results: The pepper alkali had good linear relations of 0.3 μg～1.6 μg line =0.9996), added kinds of rate of recovery was 98.8%, RSD equally =2.98%. Conclusion: The method has high precision, good separating degree, good repetitiveness , accurate and reliable results have received, so it can be used in the quality control of the peaceful tincture of spur.
