【摘要】 目的 :探讨糖尿病患者血小板功能及纤溶活性的改变。方法 :用玻珠柱法测定血小板的粘附性 ,用发色底物显示法测定t-PA、PAI活性。结果 :糖尿病患者的血小板粘附功能和组织纤溶酶原激活物抑制物 (PAI) ,活性明显高于对照组 ,并存在显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。组织型纤溶酶原激活物 (t-PA)活性明显低于对照组 ,并存在非常显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :糖尿病患者血小板粘附性增高 ,PAI活性增高 ,t-PA活性降低。这一研究结果对糖尿病合并发生血栓性疾病的发病机理及指导临床用药以缓解或延迟糖尿病并发症的发生具有重要意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the change of the function of platelet and fibrinolytic activity in diabetes mellitus.Methods: The adhesiveness of platelet was determined by salzman,and the activityt-PA and PAI were determined by chromogenic substrate.Results: The funtion of adhesiveness of platelet and plasminogen activated inhibitor(PAI) of diabetes mellitus were much higher than those of control group, and there exists significant difference (P<0.02).The activity of tissue plasminogen activator(t-PA) was much lower than control group, and there exists obvious difference (P<0.01).Conclusion: The adhesivesiveness of platelet and activity of PAI in diabetes mellitus increase, while the activity of t-PA decreases. It is suggested that the investigable result might play an important role in the mechanism of thrombosis of diabetes mellitus, the instruction of clinical medication and delay of diabetic complication.更多还原
