【摘要】 观察金樱子和鸡内金对实验性高糖高脂兔的降糖降脂作用及胰岛素含量的影响。用糖脂颗粒饲料 (含蔗糖 37%、猪油 10 %、基础饲料 5 3% ,简称糖脂饲料 )饲养新西兰大耳白兔。正常组 4只饲以普通饲料 ;对照组 7只喂饲糖脂饲料 ;治疗组 7只喂饲糖脂饲料 135d后 ,糖脂饲料中加金樱子 5 0g (kg·d) ,鸡内金 2 7g (kg·d) ,2 5d为一个疗程 ,共 2个疗程。葡萄糖氧化酶法检测葡萄糖 ,甘油三酯磷酯酶法检测甘油三酯 ,放射免疫法检测胰岛素。数据用SPSS 10 .0统计软件进行重复测量数据的方差分析。实验前组间比较 ,葡萄糖、甘油三酯、胰岛素无差异。饲以糖脂饲料 135d后 ,对照组、治疗组与正常组比较 ,葡萄糖、甘油三酯都升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,胰岛素变化无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 )。加金樱子和鸡内金治疗 2个疗程后 ,治疗组与对照组比较 ,葡萄糖、甘油三酯都降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,胰岛素无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。提示金樱子和鸡内金有降葡萄糖、甘油三酯的作用 ,而对胰岛素的含量无影响更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To investigate how Fructus Rosa Laevigata and Membrance of Chickens Gizzard influence plasma glucose and lipid levels and insulin levels in New Zealand white rabbits. Methods The rabbits were divided into 3 groups:normal group (4 rabbits) were fed common diet;control group (7 rabbits) were fed high fat and high sucrose; treatment group (7 rabbits), after 135 days fed high fat and high sucrose diets, Fructus Rosa Laevigata [50 g/(kg·d)] and Membrance of Chickens Gizzard [27 g/(kg·d)] were supplemented into the high fat and high sucrose diet;the rabbits were treated two courses and each treatment course was equal to 25 days. Results Before treatment, there was no difference among the 3 groups in glucose, triglyceride and insulin. After high fat and high sucrose diet was fed for 135 days, the glucose, triglyceride were increased (P<0.05), compared with normal group; after treatment, treated group was compared with the control group, glucose and triglyceride were decreased (P<0.05), and insulin level was no difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Fructus Rosa Laevigata and Membrance of Chickens Gizzard can decrease serum glucose and triglyceride levels.更多还原
