【Abstract】 The Chinese real estate came into being in the middle of the 19th century and is divided into three historical periods of development to the end of 1991. Since 1992, with the progressive formation and the construction of the economic system of socialist market and the deepening reform of town housing system, the real estate in China has gained a rapid development and has made constant progress though with difficules. Its period of development can be divided into four stages. From 1992 to 1998, which was the period of adjustment and forming market of Chinese real estate after the reform and opening up to the outside world.Later the China’s real estate has come into the period of good development. In the long run, the potential demand about the real estate in China is tremendous, and its prospect development is broad.更多还原
