【Abstract】 Assistant policymaking is a new discipline of great urgency to be established. Its academic position is both an applied social science devoted to studying assistant policymaking phenomena and laws and a management discipline. The basic characteristics of assistant policymaking include applicability, comprehension and utilitarianism. This article expounds and describes the basic theoretical framework of assistant policymaking from the significance of discipline, origin, essence, subject, object, environment, mechanism, procedure , methodology and value system, and then outlines the major research approaches deemed applicable to its study.更多还原
