TH-2脱氢催化剂与尿素脱氢新技术的开发及其工业应用
Development and Industrial Use of New Dehydrogenation Technology with TH-2 Dehydrogenation Catalyst in Urea Plant
【摘要】 介绍了可彻底消除尿素合成含H2 尾气爆炸隐患的TH - 2脱氢催化剂与脱氢新技术的开发和工业应用。该催化剂在原料气含硫 [总硫 <3mg/m3 (标态 ) ]的尿素厂已应用了 18个月 ,H2 可降至 <5 0× 10 -6。该催化剂具有耐硫性能好、硫中毒后活性恢复快的特点。在煤造气尿素厂 ,采用脱氢新技术时 ,若将总硫降至 <0 .1mg/m3 (标态 ) ,则催化剂的使用温度可降低 4 0℃ ,对于 2 0万t/a的尿素厂年降低能耗可达 9GJ,催化剂寿命可延长至 4年 ,效果更为显著
【Abstract】 A description is given of the development and industrial use of TH 2 dehydrogenation catalyst and new dehydrogenation technology that will eliminate the hidden peril of H 2 containing tail gas explosion in urea synthesis. This catalyst has been used in a urea plant with feedgas containing sulfur [total sulfur<3 mg/m 3 (standard state)] for 18 months, and H 2 can be reduced to <50×10 -6 . This catalyst has the characteristics of good sulfur tolerance and quick recovery of activity after sulfur poisoning. When the new dehydrogenation technology is used in a urea plant with coal gasification, the working temperature of the catalyst may be lowered by 40 ℃ if the total sulfur content is reduced to <0.1 mg/m 3 (standard state). For a urea plant of 200 000 t/a, the energy consumption may be decreased by 9 GJ annually, the service life may be prolonged to 4 years, and the results are more remarkable.
