【Abstract】 Actinote spp. can be used for biological control of Mikania micrantha. A method of rearing Actinote thalia pyrrha and Actinote anteas with potted M.micrantha is described. M.micrantha was collected as cuttings from field. It can grow well once potted by asexual growth of the stem. Rearing with M.micrantha in the laboratory at controlled temperature,humidity and light, A.thalia pyrrha and A.anteas could successfully complete their life cycle. This method could be used to provide enough A.thalia pyrrha and A.anteas for experiments.更多还原
