【Abstract】 Progress in the study of the cry genes of Bacillus thuringiensis focusing on four perspectives: (1) the classification of cry genes; (2) the interaction between cry genes and transposable elements; (3) the expression and regulation of cry genes; (4) the mechanism of cry genes.
