煤矸石复合球团技术冶炼硅铝铁合金

【摘要】 通过分析煤矸石的活性硅、铝成分 ,提出了以煤矸石代替部分铝钒土冶炼硅铝铁合金。同时针对传统的原料块状入炉反应速度慢、粉尘多、电耗大等缺点 ,提出了复合球团方法。根据作者自己研制的 ZJ型复合粘结剂 ,分析了其粘结机理 ,并提出了合理的成型压力、水分和粘结剂掺量

【Abstract】 On the basis of analysis of activated silicon and aluminum components,a new smelting process of Si Al Fe alloy by use of coal spoil for replace a part of bauxite was proposed.Meantime,aimed at some disadvantages such as lower reaction rate,more dust and higher power consumption etc.,the composite pellet method is adopted.During the course of research,use of ZJ type composite binder developed by authors has obtained satisfactory results.Moreover,the binding mechanism of ZJ type composite binder was briefly analyzed,and the rational model press,water and binder quantity was proposed.
