炭化条件和铁系添加剂对炭分子筛性能的影响
The Influence of Carbonization Condition and Iron SeriesAdditives on Carbon Molecular Sieve(CMS) Performance
【摘要】 以鸡西烟煤为原料 ,采用炭化法和添加铁系添加剂进行了空气分离生产富氮空气用炭分子筛的制备研究 ,考察了炭化条件和铁系添加剂用量对产品空气分离性能的影响。结果表明 ,鸡西烟煤是制备炭分子筛的优良原料。最佳炭化条件为粘结剂用量 35 % ,升温速度为 10℃ /min,炭化终温为 90 0℃ ,恒温时间为 60 min,铁系添加剂 Fe3O4 的最佳用量为 2 5 .3%。
【Abstract】 A research on preparation of CMS by using Jixi′s bituminous coal as the raw material and addition of iron series additives was done.The influence of carbonization condition and additive dosage on the air separation performance of the CMS products was examined.The results indicate that Jixi bituminous coal is a good raw material for preparation of CMS.The optimum carbonization conditions are:bond dosage 35%,iron additive Fe 3O 4 dosage25.3%,heating rate 10℃/min,keeping constant of temperature 60min and final carbonization temperature 900℃.
