氰戊菊酯和苯巴比妥钠对敏感和抗性棉铃虫中肠多功能氧化酶系的诱导作用

【摘要】 用苯巴比妥钠 (2mg g)和氰戊菊酯 (0 2mg g)拌饲料处理 ,对敏感品系棉铃虫Helicoverpaarmigera中肠的细胞色素P4 5 0和细胞色素c还原酶含量均具有明显的诱导作用 (两者都使细胞色素P4 5 0含量提高了 2 2 4倍 ,使细胞色素c还原酶的含量分别提高 1 33和 1 4 0倍 ) ,但对细胞色素b5诱导作用不显著 (仅为对照的 1 2 3和 1 15倍 ) ;此外 ,苯巴比妥钠对敏感棉铃虫中肠的艾氏剂环氧化酶活性和甲氧试卤灵_O_脱甲基酶活性也有显著的诱导作用 (分别提高了 2 75和 2 6 6倍 ) ,但对7_乙氧香豆素_O_脱乙基酶活性没有诱导作用 ,而氰戊菊酯对敏感棉铃虫中肠的艾氏剂环氧化酶活性则有 2 0 2倍的诱导作用。同一浓度的苯巴比妥钠和氰戊菊酯使抗性品系棉铃虫中肠的细胞色素P4 5 0含量分别提高 1 2 1和 1 15倍 ,使细胞色素c还原酶含量分别提高 1 4 8和 1 86倍 (差异显著 ) ,但是细胞色素b5含量没有明显变化 (分别为对照的 1 15和 0 98倍 ) ;此外 ,氰戊菊酯能使抗性棉铃虫中肠的艾氏剂环氧化酶活性提高 1 5 3倍 ,但苯巴比妥钠对该酶活性则有明显抑制作用

【Abstract】 Phenobarbital (2?mg/g) and fenvalerate (0.2?mg/g) mixed in diets caused significant induction of cytochrome P450 and cytochrome c reductase in midgut of susceptible strain of the cotton bollworm, Helicoverpa armigera. The induction ratios of phenobarbital and fenvalerate were all 2.24-fold to cytochrome P450, 1.33- and 1.40-fold to cytochrome c reductase, and 1.23- and 1.15-fold to cytochrome b 5, respectively.Moreover, phenobarbital showed significant induction to activity of aldrin-epoxidase and methoxyresorufin-demethylase in midgut of the strain, which was 2.75- and 2.66-fold respectively, but no induction to 7-ethoxycoumarin-deathylase activity (0.88-fold); fenvalerate showed 2.02-fold induction to aldrin-epoxidase activity in the same tissue. To the resistant strain, phenobarbital and fenvalerate induced only cytochrome c reductase in midgut to significant level, which was 1.48- and 1.86-fold respectively. The induction ratios of phenobarbital and fenvalerate to cytochrome P450 in midgut of resistant strain were 1.21- and 1.15-fold respectively, while to cytochrome b 5 only 1.15- and 0.98-fold respectively. In addition, fenvalerate caused 1.53-fold induction of aldrin-epoxidase activity in midgut of resistant strain, while phenobarbital caused significant inhibition to it.
