稀土掺杂锂离子电池正极材料锂镍钴氧的研究

【摘要】 采用机械合金(MechanicalAlloying-MA)技术,固相掺杂稀土元素镧,在氧气气氛中高温焙烧合成锂离子电池正极材料锂镍钴氧化物,对所得化合物进行了稀土掺杂量及电化学性能的研究;同时也进行了相关的XRD、SEM、CV表征。得到性能比较优良的LiNi0.80Co0.2-xLaxO2(x=0.03)化合物。其首次充电比容量达168mA·h/g,放电比容量达152mA·h/g,进行10次循环以后,放电比容量仍然有143mA·h/g。

【Abstract】 The MA (Mechanical Alloying) technology was employed to synthesize the Li-Ni-Co-O oxides doped with rare earth element of Lanthanum as lithium-ion battery cathode material via solid-phase sintering in O2 atmosphere. Experiments of doping ratio and electrochemistry performance as well as characteristics of XRD, SEM and CV for Li-Ni-Co-0 oxides were carried out. The compound LiNi0.80Co0.2-xLaxO2(x=0.03) obtained exhibited a better performance whose initial charge/discharge specific capacity reached 168 mA·h/g and 152 mA·h/g respectively. After 10 cycles, the discharge capacity maintains 143 mA·h/g.
