【摘要】 目的　分析并确定颞下颌关节骨折的分类与治疗方法之间的关系。方法　通过对 4 5例 5 8侧关节骨折的X光片检查 ,将关节骨折部位及其移位分类 ,并结合临床表现确定治疗方案。结果　 13例患者行颌间结扎 ,32例患者进行了手术。结论　根据X光片对颞下颌关节骨折部位及移位分类并结合临床表现 ,治疗关节骨折均可取得满意的疗效更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The subject of this study is to analyse and determine correlations between classification of TMJ fracture and treatment. Methods The location and displacement of TMJ fracture was classified through radiologic examination of forty-five patients with 58 TMJ fractures,combine it with clinical diagnoses in order to determine treatment methods. Results MMF was performed on thirteen patients,thirty-two patients were operated on. Conclusions Satisfactory curative effect of TMJ fracture could be acquired according to radiologic examination and clinical diagnoses.更多还原
