【摘要】 目的　研究中药玉竹提取物B (EB -PAOA)对人结肠癌CL - 187细胞株的抑制作用。方法　体外培养结肠癌CL - 187细胞 ,绘制生长曲线 ,然后将其与不同浓度的EB -PAOA共育 ,用MTT比色分析法测定EB-PAOA对CL - 187细胞的抑制率。结果　EB -PAOA抑制了CL - 187细胞的增殖 ,且呈时间一剂量依赖性。结论　EB -PAOA有一定的抗肿瘤作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the inhibition effect of the extract B of Polygonatum odoratum(EB-PAOA)on human colon cancer CL-187 cell line.Methods Colon cancer CL-187 cells were cultured in vitro and the growing curve was drawn.And then different concentration of EB-PAOA were added to CL-187 cells.MTT assay was adopted to determine the inhibition rate to CL-187 cells.Results EB-PAOA can inhibit the proliferation of CL-187 cells,and the inhibition rate is dependent on time and dose.Conclusion EB-PAOA has anti cancer effect.更多还原
