甲醛碳素墨水灌注法对延髓内微血管构筑的研究

【摘要】 目的 应用甲醛碳素墨水灌注法研究延髓内动脉来源、分类、形态、走行、分布等。方法 用 5~ 8岁儿童尸体 6具 ,动脉甲醛墨汁灌注 ,做石蜡水平切片 ,显微镜下观察及显微图像分析仪器测量。结果 根据穿入部位和供应范围将延髓动脉分为前内侧群、前外侧群、外侧群和后群 ,各群动脉根据其行程分为长动脉和短动脉。结论 血管起始口径按后群、前外侧群、外侧群和前内侧群顺序逐渐增粗

【Abstract】 Objective To observe artery origin,classification morphology distribution and so on.Methods The microvasculture of 6 human medulla oblongata was studied by transparent slices after intra-arterial-carbon-ink injection.The arterionces caliber was measured with micro-image analyzer.Results The arteries of medulla oblongata were divided into four groups: anterointernal group,anterolateral group,lateral group and posterior group.Each group’s arterics were classified into long and short ones.Conclusion The arterious caliber enlarged in sequence gradually from posterior group,anterolateral group,lateral group to anterointernal group.
