丹参注射液拮抗庆大霉素耳蜗毒性的实验研究

【摘要】 目的 探讨丹参注射液对庆大霉素 (GM)耳蜗毒性的防护作用。方法 选择白色豚鼠 4 0只 ,随机分成 4组 (n =10 ) :正常对照组、GM组、GM +丹参组和丹参组。GM组腹腔注射硫酸庆大霉素 10 0mg/kg/d ,丹参组腹腔注射丹参注射液 6 g/kg/d ,GM +丹参组同时注射硫酸庆大霉素和丹参注射液 ,正常对照组注射等量生理盐水。连续用药 10d后观察耳蜗的功能与形态。结果 GM +丹参组豚鼠听功能受损明显轻于GM组 ,听脑干反应ABR阈值两组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1) ,且形态学改变与听阈变化相一致。结论 丹参注射液可有效拮抗GM对豚鼠的耳蜗毒性 ,这种拮抗作用可能是通过对耳蜗血管纹边缘细胞和毛细胞内线体的保护来实现的

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the protective effect of Salviae Miltiorrhizae(SM)on gentamicin (GM)-induced ototoxicity.Methods 40 albino guinea pigs were randomly assigned to 4 groups of ten each:Saline-injected control group.GM alone,were treated with 100mg GM/kg/d by intraabdominal injection,GM+SM received 100mg GM/kg/d and 6g AM/kg/d simultaneously,SM alone,were treated with 6g SM/kg/d by intraabdominal injection.Control group received injection daily with the same volume of saline per kg body weight.Duration of treatment was 10 days,and the morphological and functional observations of cochlea were done. Results Co-treatment with SM significantly reduced GM-induced auditory threshold elevation ( P <0 01).Morphological assessment of inner ear confirmed the protection of marginal cells and hair cells Ototoxicity.Conclusion Salviae Miltiorrhizae may effectively reduce GM-induced ototoxicity.
