【摘要】 目的　探讨扶正解毒煎剂对生殖器疱疹 (GH)临床近、远期疗效 ,以及对患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法　治疗A组 2 7例 ,应用扶正解毒煎剂和无环鸟苷治疗 ;治疗B组 19例 ,应用无环鸟苷治疗。观察疗效和治疗前后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、血清白介素 - 2 (IL 2 )和可溶性白介素 - 2受体 (sIL 2R)的变化。结果　GH患者细胞免疫功能明显降低。治疗后两组严重度评分与治疗前相比均明显下降 ;两组比较 ,治疗A组治疗 7d后严重度评分下降程度明显低于治疗B组 ;治疗A组治疗后CD4 升高、CD8明显下降、CD4 /CD8比值明显升高 ;IL 2明显升高 ,sIL 2R明显下降。治疗后 5个月随访 ,治疗组复发率明显低于对照组。结论　扶正解毒煎剂可增强GH患者细胞免疫功能 ,提高疗效 ,减少复发更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The clinic effect of the treatment of genital herpes (GH) with Fuzhengjiedu Decoction and its effect to cell mediated immunity were studied. Method There were 27 cases in the treatment group treated with Fuzhengjiedu Decoction and acyclovir, 19 cases in the control group treated with acyclovir only. The effect and the changes of T lymphocytic subpopulation, IL 2 and sIL 2R in peripheral blood before and after the treatment in two groups were observed. Result Cell mediated immunity of cases suffered from GH was obviously decreased. The severity degree score of two groups were obviously decreased after the treatment than that before the treatment. Compared the treatment group to the control group, the decline degree of severity degree score in the treatment group was distinctly lower than that in the control group after 7 days’ treatment. In the treatment group CD 4 level was increased, but CD 8 level was decreased after the treatment. The ratio of CD 4 to CD 8 was clearly increased. Then IL 2 was obviously increased, and sIL 2R was distinctly decreased. The cases were followed up after 5 months and the relapse rate in the treatment group was obviously lower than that of the control group. Conclusion The cell mediated immunity of GH can be increased and the relapse rate can be reduced by Fuzhengjiedu Decoction.更多还原
