【摘要】 目的　观察旋复代赭汤对酸性反流性食管炎模型大鼠食管粘膜通透性的影响。方法　用不全幽门结扎 +食管下括约肌切开术制备酸性反流性食管炎大鼠模型后 ,给予旋复代赭汤水煎剂 ,分别于治疗 2、4、8d后观察各组大鼠食管粘膜通透性的变化。结果　用旋复代赭汤治疗 4d后 ,食管粘膜通透性即有明显改善 ,并与假手术治疗组相比无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　旋复代赭汤通过抑制酸反流、抗炎等作用 ,能够明显降低食管粘膜的通透性 ,从而促进疾病的恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of Xuanfudaizhe Decoction (XD) on the permeability of esophageal mucosa in the rat model of acidic reflux esophagitis. Methods The rat model of acidic reflux esophagitis was established by pyloric partial ligation and cardiac sphincter dissection. The model rats were given XD for 2, 4 and 8 days, respectively and then, the permeability of esophageal mucosa was measured. Results The permeability of esophageal mucosa was markedly improved in the model rats after being treated with XD for 4 days and there was no difference between the result from the model group and that from the sham operation group ( P >0 05). Conclusion By inhibiting acid reflux and exerting an anti inflammatory effect, XD can remarkably reduce the permeability of esophageal mucosa, hence, promoting the recovery from the disease.更多还原
