【Abstract】 Objective It was found that the saccharide content of yishoucao (the dried root or the whole plant of Pterocephalus hookeri) is comparatively high. The present experiment is to determine the contents of reducing sugar and polysaccharide of yishoucao in order to investigate the quality of yishoucao and provide scientific evidence for establishing its quality control criteria. Method phenol sulfonic acid chromatometry was used in the experiment. Results It was found that the saccharide content of yishoucao was comparatively high and different parts of yishoucao had different saccharide contents. Conclusion The saccharide content may be used as a criterion for the quality control of yishoucao.更多还原
