垂盆草的化学成分研究(Ⅰ)
Analysis of the Chemical Constituents of the Ground Part of Sedum sarmentosum
【摘要】 目的 从景天科垂盆草SedumsarmentosumBunge .全草中分离鉴定化合物 ,寻找有效成分。方法 通过硅胶等色谱手段分离化合物 ,借助UV、IR、MS和NMR等手段测定 ,解析其光谱鉴定化合物结构。结果 从垂盆草的 95 %乙醇提取液的乙酸乙酯部分得到 7个化合物 ,分别鉴定为小麦黄素 - 7-O - β -D -葡萄糖苷 (tricin - 7-O - β -D -glucosideⅠ )、木犀草素 (LuteolinⅡ )、异鼠李素 (IsorhamnetinⅢ )、异甘草素 (IsoliquiritigeninⅣ )、槲皮素 (quercetinⅤ )、双十八烷基硫醚 (dioctade cylsulfideⅥ )、棕榈酸 (palmicacidⅦ )。结论 其中化合物Ⅵ、Ⅶ首次从该植物中得到。化合物Ⅰ有明显保肝作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To isolate and identify chemical compounds and to find active constituents from chuipencao (the ground part of the plant Sedum sarmentosum). Methods The silica gel column chromatography was used to separate chemical compounds from chuipencao, and the UV, IR, MS and NMR methods were used to identify the structures of the compounds. Results 7 compounds were separated from the ethyl acetate part of the extract of chuipencao by 95% ethanol and identified as tricin-7-O-β-D-glucoside, luteolin, isorhamnetin, isoliquiritigenin, quercetin, dioctadecyl sulfide and palmic acid. Conclusion Among the 7 compounds, dioctadecyl sulfide, and palmic acid are separated from chuipencao for the first time.
